Lloyd Center Ice Rink
Lloyd Center Ice Rink was built in the 1960's by the Lloyd Family
along with an open air shopping mall. Developers and Engineers
journeyed to the mall to purchase plans and see the ice rink.
A unique construction characteristic is the Terrazzo floor under the
ice surface.
(99% of rinks are either sand or concrete) Originally an outdoor rink, the rink was moved indoors when the mall
constucted a roof.
Today
Today, Lloyd Center is a modern indoor regional mall.
Lloyd Center Ice
Rink is a unique ice skating rink in the center of Lloyd Center
Mall.
We are conveniently located on the first level across from Macy's.
We offer Group Learn to Skate Lessons, a full stocked figure skating
pro shop, broom ball, group parties, birthday parties, Summer "Kool"
Kamp, freestyles, dance, private ice and last but not least public
skating sessions.
